Long hours. Endless traffic. Pushing through until your body makes you stop, usually in a hospital bed. Somewhere along the way, burnout became normal and a spa day started to feel like something only rich people do.
We don't buy that. Whether you run a business, run a home, or both, you deserve proper care at least once a year. Not as a treat. As maintenance.
